GREEN CURRY WITH CHICKEN

Green Curry Paste has a rich flavor that can be used to prepare many different dishes like Chicken Green Curry or Salmon Green Curry. It’s not difficult to make a great Green Curry yourself any more. Just use our Green Curry Paste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g Chicken.
  • 150 g Green Curry Paste.
  • 250 g Coconut Cream.
  • 250 g Coconut milk.
  • 10-15 Eggplant phung.
  • 8-12 Eggplant Brittle (cut in 4 parts).
  • 5 Kaffir lime leaves.
  • 4-5 Basil leaves (put like).
  • 3-4 Red chillies (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 tsp Salt.
  • 2 tbsp. Fish sauce.
  • 2 tbsp. Palm sugar.
  • 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil.

METHOD

STEP 1 : Pounded all ingredients Curry thoroughly fried with oil and set aside.

STEP 2 : Add curry paste, coconut milk Puff the fragrant. Add chicken, stir-fry until cooked into the coconut milk be boiling add eggplant phung and eggplant brittle.

STEP 3 : Season with fish sauce, palm sugar and salt and stir until the eggplant is cooked.

STEP 4 : Add red chillies and boils raised enough add basil leaves. Ready to serve.
